Q2: How long is the warranty period?
A2: The machine is covered by a one-year warranty and the electrical parts are covered by a six-month warranty.
Q3: How to install the machine?
A3: We will send technician to your factory for one week free installment the machine, and training your workers to use it. You pay all related costs, including visa charge, double-way tickets, hotel, meals etc.
Q4:If we are totally new in this area and worry can not find the profession engineer in the local market?
A4: We will arrange a technician to visit your factory and assist in installing the machine for one week. Additionally, they will provide training to your workers on how to use the machine efficiently. Please note, however, that you will be responsible for all associated costs such as visa fees, round-trip airfare, accommodation and meals.
Q5: Is there other value-add service?
A5: We can help you source professional engineers from your local talent pool. You may choose to hire an engineer on a temporary basis until you find someone who can effectively operate the machine. Additionally, you can negotiate directly with the engineer to finalize the terms of the arrangement.
