FUNCTION AND FEATURE

The sheet extruder is composed of extrusion, calendaring, traction and rewinder. The main parts are abrasion resistant, resistant to corrosion, high-temperature resistant by high quality specially-treated. Low resistance force in die head extruding channel makes sheet thickness evenly, the internal spiral tank in three rollers ensures an effective cooling and it is easy to change and install net changer with the hydraulic pressure unit, no need to stop machine. The machine also use PLC control,including emergency stop button, the actual parameter setting, data eperation, alram system and other automatic functions. It can produce PP, PS, PE, HIPS granule to PP, PS, PE, HIPS sheet with single color, which is used for producing plastic products by plastic thermoforming machines, like cup, bowl, lid, tray, dish, food container etc.

5) The plasticizing effect of the sheet is very good. After the sheet formed and walking in curved line, it can make sure the stability of the sheet stock.
6) The heating system is controlled by high-grade china heater, stainless heater, inner-storing type single heating pipe and precision temperature-controlling die mould, is exact in controlling temperature, quickly in heating, good in keeping temperature, long life and save time and energy.
7) We have a profession team in engaged in machine researching and development. Meanwhile,our aftersales team have rich experience. Most of the employee have more than 10 years experience in this area.
